Davao ICT Summit 2009

I just recently went to the Davao ICT Summit last August 7, 2009(although the event started a day before) at the Davao Convention Center at F. Torres St., Davao City. There were a lot of people there; students, teachers, businessmen, and others. There was even a prepared venue for the wedding's reception there, although I forgot the newlyweds' names, hehehe. Also, not only were college students there, but also high school students. When my classmates and I went inside, we were told to go to Room A. The session there was about YP4SC, or Youth Profiling for Starring Careers. "Youth Profiling for Starring Careers or YP4SC is one of the projects of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority which aims to provide career guidance and counseling to both students and adults. I listened to that session, although that session was more suitable for high school students, because it was about choosing careers, and I think we already chose ours. The next session was about TRIPARTITE, a collaboration of PCSI, DOLE and DTI. Theirs was about helping the youth, and also providing them opportunities for their own ambitions.

After the sessions, we just left, and the events after that will not be included in this post, because it does not concern this. Hahahaha! I hope that I attended the other sessions also, because I think that the other sessions were interesting. Well, I can't be at many places at the same time. I would if I knew Kage-Bunshin No Jutsu(Shadow Clone Technique). Well that's it for this post.
